NTrust History
NTrust has been in business since 1997 (then known as Sigma Project Services) helping companies and service provider firms manage their leases. NTrust has helped develop and support some of the key Lease Administration Software systems in the market today. For example, SiteSeerTM, Domain-CSTM, Accruent REMTM, ECMSTM are some of the software systems we have helped develop or support.
In 2002, NTrust acquired the Domain-CSTM product - a leading Real Estate Lease Administration product - from Baylogics. In the same year, NTrust commenced its offshore abstraction center in India and also signed up with a leading Real Estate Software company to provide product development support. The addition of our offshore facility in India and expansion to become a global services provider leads us to change our name from Sigma Project Services, Inc. to NTrust Infotech. By late 2003, the abstraction services team is expanded and the capacity increased to handle 600 lease abstractions a month.
NTrust has been doing lease abstraction work for Real Estate Service Provider firms, Lease Audit firms, Software provider firms and other aggregator firms since 2003. NTrust has abstracted over 3 million pages till date and continues to improve its industry leading LEAPTM (Lease Examination and Abstraction Process) practice by not only having measurable inprovements in productivity, but also by extending it to other areas of 2nd tier lease administration services such as lease audit data management, lease compliance, lease validation, expense reconciliation, CAM audit etc.
