Security and integrity are key components of NTrust's Lease Abstraction Services. Your documents are scanned and are saved to CD/DVD and secured in our data safe. Image and data files travel only on our own secure network or VPN. In addition, each Contract Abstraction team member signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to assure that all documents are treated with the utmost confidentiality - after all, these leases are your business and your relationships - so they need to be kept very private.
