LEAPSM: People
One of the most important aspects of Lease Abstraction Services is quality of the abstracted information. Hiring and training of staff is a vital factor. NTrust has a very rigorous hiring and training process for its Lease Abstraction staff. All staff members have Legal, Accounting, or industry specific education and experience. They are put through a two week orientation on Real Estate Concepts and one week orientation to the Lease Abstraction process, and then a two week training program on NTrust's Lease Abstraction processes and standards. For each client, a dedicated team is selected. The team receives further training on the nuances of the client's business, the type of relationship the leases represent, and the information that is to be abstracted from each lease. Staff members' accuracy, efficiency, and performance are measured as they work and corrective training is given, if required, along with improvement targets for the upcoming week.
NTrust's LEAPSM practice is made up of a team of dedicated professionals who are carefully screened and tested. When a project is started a team is formed that is dedicated to understanding your business and how you manage your contracts. Background and training of our abstraction team includes:
