Comprehensive Lease Abstraction Services

Our lease abstraction process, LEAP^SM, will give you a good feeling about our dedication to processes and high quality output. But our services are much more than just that, they include processes that will give you peace of mind when entrusting us with your leases and associated documents.

First, you'll speak with an Account Manager that really understands the issues associated with lease abstraction and getting accurate information into your lease/property management system. This person will be your initial contact and ombudsman for as long as you are a client of NTrust.

Next, you'll meet with your designated Project Manager. This is the person who will work with you on all your requirements, work with your IT department on data format issues related to your system(s) as well as the mapping of data or direct entry of data into your database, and oversee the initial test abstractions and data output.

These are the only two people you need work with from NTrust, but if you chose to, you can be introduced to our Abstraction Services Director, Quality Assurance Manager, or Abstraction IT Manager, all of which form the management team charged with delivering top quality results to you, our client.
