If there's one thing we have learnt over the years, it is that Project Management is the key to successful lease abstraction. LEAP^SM ensures that Project Goals and Requirements are set appropriately for each client and that all monitoring systems are in place to effectively manage the project.

LEAP^SM dedicates one Project Manager for each major abstraction project and that Project Manager is available for you throughout the life-cycle of the project. 24x7. The Project Manager is YOUR voice in the process, as much as he/she is the abstraction team's coordinator.

However, our project management is not just limited to providing a dedicated, experienced Project manager, because we realize that there are multiple processes to manage during a major Abstraction Project. While the Project Manager looks after the overall direction and client interaction for the project, the Abstraction Manager is the actual hands-on person who manages the Abstraction team and ensures that LEAP^SM is implemented properly and customized effectively for you.
